Support and enhance Culinology and Hospitality Management students’ learning experience at SMSU.

Our Culinology and Hospitality Management programs at SMSU offer students with great deal of hands-on learning experiences through three lab kitchens, a food science lab, and industry-focused field trips.

Thanks to your generous support for last years' M4L Day 2025, our students were able to attend the Minnesota IFT Expo and participate in site visits for Culinology and Hospitality programs. These experiences added valuable hands-on learning in our programs. Your continued support helps us strengthen and expand these opportunities for our students.

As a token of our appreciation, all donors to this fund will be entered into a drawing, and two lucky donors will be randomly selected to receive meal vouchers for themselves and a guest at the Mustang Kitchen—our student-run restaurant—during the Fall 2026 semester.
